At Boatworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your maritime fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Boatworld account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and nautical tags remain securely attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
